As the year comes to a close we want to end on a strong note, setting the stage for a great 2024 heading back to the basics of what Block by Block is all about - Hospitality!

We are once again holding a contest for several months for Transit Ambassadors with

multiple $500 winners!

​

The criteria will be similar to previous contests we have held. During every visit by a shift supervisor, MOD, or member of the field team they will complete an observation in SMART like normal. One of the observation fields completed by the observer asks if the Ambassador was greeting. Any week someone is at 90% or above in this category they get a chance to be a winner for that month. Anyone hitting 90% or above every week in a month gets their name thrown into the drawing an additional time.

On the first week of the following month Alex will add all of the winning names into a random name selector and pick a $500 winner for 1st shift and a $500 winner for 2nd shift! This will be done for both November and December, for a total of four $500 winners!

In order to win all you have to do is say "Have a great day!", "Thanks for riding the T!" or even just a smile and a wave as riders pass through the system.
